These Hailey boots are so amazing! They are fuzzy and warm inside, fit be exactly right, and keep me oh-so-dry. I have them in yellow and now I find myself wishing it rained more!

The Highland are the warmest boots I’ve ever owned. I was always complaining that my hands and feet were too cold. After several winters where my feet were so cold I developed chilblains, I decided that this year I would invest in quality boots that would really keep my feet warm. I hoped they might be cute(ish) too, and these boots fit the bill. They are still a bit duck-bootish, but I am willing to trade some stylishness for waterproofing. I’ve worn them in deep snow, shoveling for over an hour, and my feet stayed toasty. Victory! I ordered one whole size larger, and there is a little room, but they are not “too big.” An extra pair of thick socks, or a sheep’s wool insole would fit comfortably inside them.
